The executive director of BH Compliance, Susana Sierra, has joined the Board of Directors of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce, AmCham Chile.
The executive has taken the seat left on the Board of Directors by Ana Beatriz Franco, Leader of Kimberly-Clark’s Andes Cluster, after obtaining the fifth majority of votes in the 2021 Board of Directors election.
Susana Sierra is a Chilean businesswoman and entrepreneur, recognized in the compliance industry for her work and professional experience in matters such as probity, anti-corruption, free competition, transparency, and implementation and promotion of good practices within companies.
Susana Sierra is a commercial engineer and MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition, she was awarded third place in the “Young Entrepreneur 2015” award of Mujeres Empresarias thanks to her work in the dissemination of good corporate models for economic transparency at the national and international levels.
